About Our Sea House

Our Sea House is bright and spacious. All the attractions of Castlerock are a short stroll away - the beach, Castlerock Golf Club, the Coffee Hut, the Giggling Goose bakery, the Chocolate Manor, and Surf Shack (the perfect place to book a surf lesson or relax with a latte whilst listening to the roar of the waves).

Further afield (10-30 min drive ) are the Giants Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and Royal Portrush Golf Club

The space

Our Sea House comprises of an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen and dining area overlooking a well-maintained south facing patio and garden. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room.

Upstairs is a living room with the most spectacular view of the sea. Also on this floor is a king size bedroom and bathroom (with bath and shower).

The house has underfloor heating both upstairs and downstairs (air source heat pump) and other features are a Quooker tap in the kitchen and LED demister bathroom mirrors.

The house has a spacious newly built patio and grass in front of the patio (the house next door also has its own patio and grass in front of its patio) Private parking for Our Sea House is provided at the rear of the house on the driveway.

We are a pet-free home.

Our Sea House sleeps up to four people. If you would like somewhere for more people, you could try Our Beach House - the property we own next door, which sleeps up to six.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house - kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a private patio and garden, and free parking by the house for 2-3 cars.

Other things to note

Hand towels and tea towels are provided. Bath and beach towels by arrangement. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
